For more than 10 years, I've connected strategic goals with the detail required to implement dependable digital systems — from mission-critical defense programs to large-scale ERP and e-governance platforms.
My work spans requirements and scope management, stakeholder alignment, process improvement, integrations, quality governance and testing. I bring structure to ambiguity and stay accountable from discovery through delivery.

Lead UAT, integration and performance testing, quality frameworks and process improvements tied to business outcomes.
Analyze documents, interview stakeholders and study workflows. Model data and processes; map as-is and to-be states; produce flowcharts, BRDs, SRSs, functional specs, use cases, user stories and data-flow diagrams.

Scope & integration
Manage scope changes and scope creep, assess risk and drive mitigation. Lead gap analysis, remediation, requirement reconciliation and client-data error resolution. Coordinate payment, email and SMS gateway integrations.

Testing & coordination
Run functional, UAT, integration and performance testing. Coordinate assessment schedules, resources and project status; handle first-level escalations, invoices and dashboards; prepare reports and roadmaps.

Leadership & governance
Support proposals, RFPs, SOWs, work orders and contract finalization. Serve as Project Lead, QA Lead and Assessment Lead; perform internal and ISO 9001 audits; mentor analysts and keep deadlines.
